I have a very easy vinaigrette recipe, I usually use it for my roasted chicory or my roasted patatoes and ofcourse salads to add that fresh touch to it.
It takes just 5 min and you can ofcourse add a lot of other ingredients you like.
You will need:
2 tablespoons vinegar (I used apple vinegar)
pinch of salt
6 teaspoons of olive oil ( I used extra virgin oil )
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
black pepper
just add them together and stir it and voilá!
so easy
here are some variations
you can replace some of the vinegar with lemon juice, cranberryjuice or raspberry juice.
you can add garlic or finely chopped onion.
Or add some capers, pickle or fresh herbs like chive or basil.
Add some greek yoghurt and mayonaise
