A great snack or breakfast idea, is chia pudding. It is healthy and easy, when chia seeds get in contact with fluids it will double in size. I also added some fruit and matcha powder, also very healthy. Matcha powder is made of green tea leaves , grounded into powder. You have to get used to the flavour if you never tasted it before, it's a little bit bitter. You can make this the evening before and go the sleep, when you are awake, you have some yummy breakfast waiting for you.
Recipe for 2 persons
3 tablespoons chia seeds
120 ml almond milk or any other milk you like.
1 tablespoon matcha powder (optional)
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or any sweeteners you like (optional)
Any kind of fruit
- Mix your chia seeds with the milk, matcha powder and shredded coconut and place it in the fridge.
- go to bed for your beauty sleep
- take the chia pudding out of the fridge and you have your chia pudding. You can layer it in a glass with jam, cereal or fruit between it or eat it in a bowl with some delishhh fruit on top and shredded coconut on top. Enjoy!
